  • Moderate to Challenging

    Level 2 – Moderate Great for active women who enjoy a bit of challenge. These trips include daily hiking of  3-4 miles, some elevation gain, and uneven terrain. A regular walking or fitness habit helps, but no special gear or training required.

    Level 3 – Challenging Designed for those ready to push themselves. Expect 4–6 hours of movement a day over some challenging trails, variable conditions, and higher elevations. Pre-trip training is encouraged to help you feel strong and confident. Don’t worry, we can provide suggestions on how to best prepare.
